Nicole graduated from Horry-Georgetown Technical College as an expanded duty dental assistant in 2015 and joined our office in April 2023. With a background in both clinical and administrative dentistry, Nicole is passionate about creating a welcoming, effective environment for both patients and team members. She works hard each day to make everyone feel like part of our dental family and to ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Originally from the Poconos, Nicole enjoys kayaking, hiking, and exploring new places. She loves adventure and excitement and getting creative with crafts.

Evan attended Bloomsburg University for his degree in public relations, and joined our team in January 2026. He enjoys the many learning opportunities here at our office, and is dedicated to providing warm and welcoming energy at our front desk for both our patients and our team.

Outside the office, Evan’s hobbies include painting, fish keeping, plants, hiking, video games, and tarot and horoscopes.

Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in strategic communications from Liberty University. She joined our team in March 2026, and is always excited to share a smile and help give our patients confidence. She enjoys the streamlined communication between our patients, front desk, hygienists and dentists. She works hard to keep our office running smoothly, anticipating the next step in each patient’s time here at Paoli Family Dentistry.

Kaitlyn is originally from northern New Jersey and has a large Irish and Polish extended family. Outside the office, Kaitlyn can often be found playing guitar, crocheting, gardening, dewing and cooking, and loves spending time with her friends and playing cards.

Nina earned her master’s degree in hospitality management from Temple University. She joined our team in January 2023, and enjoys the opportunity to chat with patients about their lives and help them receive the dental care they need and deserve. She helps with our billing and insurance coordinators to ensure that our patients have all the financial information they need prior to receiving treatment. Nina hopes to incorporate her degree in hospitality management into the dental practice – hospitality’s main focus is the guest just as dentistry’s main focus is the patient.

Outside the office, Nina loves embroidery and reading, and especially enjoys fantasy series such as The Lord of the Rings. Her cat, Kathleen, is her best friend!

Amy graduated from Harcum College in 1996 and joined our dental family in September 2023. Amy is easy-going and always willing to help where needed, and enjoys working with a great team who are supportive and helpful.

Amy is married with three children, two boys and one girl, and three granddaughters. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, yoga, bike rides and hiking.

Veronica began her career as a dental assistant before attending hygiene school, graduating from the Harcum College Dental Hygiene program in 2011. She joined our team in 2023, and loves getting to know our patients as well as being on a team that works well together and has fun. Veronica works hard to help her patients feel more comfortable during their appointments, and is always willing to help her coworkers wherever she can.

Veronica has been married since 2018. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her nephews and family, trying new restaurants, gardening and cheering for the Phillies and the Eagles.

Gina graduated from Montgomery County Community College in 1997. She enjoys being part of a practice that is patient-focused, where everyone takes pride in their work and where everyone works as a team to help each other and our patients. Gina’s many years of experience are a tremendous asset to both our patients and our practice.

Gina has two adult children who she enjoys spending time with, as well as a dog, Max, and a cat, Archie. She also enjoys Philadelphia sports teams (the Eagles and the Phillies), visiting local restaurants, and walking and cycling.

Mercedes graduated from high school in New York before moving to Philadelphia and becoming a dental assistant. She has worked with a number of top doctors and continues to further her career and education through Spear Education and other groups. Mercedes has been part of our team since 2019, and enjoys being part of a loving dental family. She cares deeply about each of her patients, and takes the time to inspire and educate them on their dental health. She takes pride in her knowledge and skills in dental care and in providing care with confidence and complete transparency.

Outside the office, Mercedes enjoys gardening, pottery, and cooking with her friends and family.

Satima completed her training as a dental assistant at Berks Technical Institute for Dental Assisting and joined our team in March 2023. She loves being involved in the day-to-day dental procedures, as well as in KöR® whitening and Invisalign® treatment. Satima enjoys being part of a team that works together to ensure our patients are comfortable and educated about their dental health.

When not at Paoli Family Dentistry, Satima enjoys spending time with her son, traveling to visit family out-of-state and reading. She hopes to continue her education and become an expanded functions dental assistant in the future.

Jayna graduated from the Harcum College dental assisting program and joined our team in February 2024. She works hard to help keep our office flowing and ensure that everyone has what they need to care for our patients, including ensuring our practice is clean and organized.
